Congress Cancellation/Refunds:

Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received in writing up to 1 October 2009. Refunds less 50% of a fee per registrant will be granted to written requests received up to 22 October 2009, but registration substitutions may be made in writing without penalty. If a nonmember substitutes for a member, nonmember rates are applied.

Refunds will not be given to those registrants who do not attend without advance cancellation notice.
